Rooms and Rates
Room Rates $110-$175 (plus local & state taxes)

• Check-in: 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (other times by prior arrangement)
• Check-out 11:00 a.m. (this time is firm)
• University/college and corporate rates available.
• Lodging rates are subject to change.
• We accept VISA, American Express, MasterCard, Discover Card, and personal checks (in advance).
• Breakfast served at 8:00 a.m. weekdays, 9:00 a.m. Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. Sundays.
• Continental breakfast available at other times upon request.
• For the comfort of all, smoking is only permitted outdoors. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
• Although we love children, the inn is not designed for children 9 years and under.
• All room prices are based on double occupancy. There will be a $20 per guest, per night charge for rooms with more than 2 guests.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Once one of  the Greensboro bed and breakfast rooms is reserved it is no longer available for other guests. Reservation holders canceling 14 days or more in advance will receive a full refund of their deposit minus a $25 cancellation fee (except for Furniture Market reservations, which must be cancelled 30 days in advance, these reservations will also be charged for the full amount of their stay a month in advance from the Furniture Market). Cancellations less than 14 days in advance of the scheduled arrival date will be charged for one nights stay or 1/2 of their stay if the reservation is for more than 2 nights (parent weekends at the colleges will be charged for the full amount of the room if the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days) unless the room can be re-booked, in which case the full deposit minus the $25 cancellation fee will be refunded. No refunds for the full amount will be given for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance from the time of your arrival. The full amount of your stay will be charged to your card unless the room can be resold. There will be no refunds for early departures.
